Returning Unopened Items

Refunds & returns are accepted on products that remain sealed in their original packaging and are within 30 days from the original shipping date of your order.

Please note that if you wish to return a device, the sealing stickers on the device’s box must not have been removed or tampered with in any way. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any opened items for sanitary and safety reasons.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. A return processing fee will apply, and a return shipping label will be provided along with this fee (where applicable).

If you would like to initiate a return for any unopened items, please contact our support team at info@airtang.com with the following details:

1. Your order number

2. Reason for return

3. Clear, well-lit photos of all items you wish to return, confirming that the item seals remain intact. If the mailing package is still unopened, simply send a photo of the package showing it has not been opened.

Our customer support team will then guide you through the next steps.

If There is an Issue with Your Order

If you encounter any issues with your order or discover a defect in a product, please contact our support team at info@airtang.com for assistance. When reaching out, include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if applicable, attach photos of any damage or defects. Our team will respond as soon as possible to discuss potential solutions. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Product defects must be reported within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

If You Purchased an Airtang Product in a Store

If you purchased an Airtang product from a retail store, please reach out to the store directly and follow their return policy guidelines.

If You Purchased an Airtang Product on Amazon

Our customer support team does not have the ability to process returns or refunds for purchases made on Amazon. If you bought an Airtang product through Amazon, please proceed with your return directly through Amazon’s platform.

If any Airtang product causes discomfort or adverse effects, discontinue use immediately, consult your doctor, and inform our support team.

Please note: Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid, a store credit will be issued.
